The breeder cult is an
offensive one that still lives one in "modern" times, they
were most active during the age of darkness and ice. As the food was
scarce they started to breed humans to feed themselves. This lead to
mutations and inbreeding and the result of that was monstrous
creatures craving human flesh. Leaders of the cult is the "priests"
they have their people under trance almost, and keep them slaved
under the influence of psychoactive mushrooms. The yellow mutations
on their necks are a result of the ingestion of the mushroom and the
kind of rank.
